You can cancel your purchase at any time either before, or up to 14 days following the day you receive the goods, by completing our Returns Form.

Please note: Parts that have been specially ordered (for example, left-hand drive products) are non-returnable.


How the Returns Process Works

  1. Contact Us using our Returns Request Form.
  2. We will contact you and provide details on how to return your order.
  3. You must pay all return carriage costs (except when an item has been supplied in error).
  4. Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition.
    • For example, if you have opened the box to examine the product, you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging.
    • It must not have been used or installed.
    • It should be returned with the original box, packing, and accessories you received with it.
    • Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
  5. Please allow up to 14 days from the date you return your order to us for the return to be processed.

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.


Refunds Policy

A full refund of your purchase price will be issued, subject to the goods being received back in satisfactory condition and following the returns process above.

Refunds will only be made to the same payment card used at the time of purchase — no exceptions.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
